There are dozens of well-designed programs of both and new and existing proven value to local leaders in each element of Community fire Protection, Public Safety and Emergency Management.  The 9020 Project helps elected and appointed officials get the help they need.
Service Level 1 - Core Six Certification
101 Workshop
Learn the basic elements of Community Fire Protection, Public Safety, Asset Protection and Emergency Management in an overview open format.  This fast paced 3 Hour CVAU briefing provides a general understanding of what local leaders need to know about their Community Delivery System.  What it consists of.  How it works.  What to look for in terms of gaps of effectiveness and efficiency and how to improve it in cost-effective ways and in the shortest time possible. 
Data Collection/Analysis/Application - (DCAA Program)
Although process, planning and action steps in Emergency Management and control should be based on solid information, sound reasoning in the decision making of local leaders is vital to the success of protecting citizens and taxpayers.  it's as simple as that and the place to start in improving the Delivery System of Public Service.

The 9020 Project helps support the effort of your local leaders with the development of your own Community Fire Protection, Public Safety and Emergency Management Profile and Resource guide.  The DCAA Program is outlined in a 3 Hour CVAU Workshop Format.  On-going assistance is available from the RFSM Team as needed and desired.

Is outlined in a 3 Hour CVAU Workshop.  Failure to plan is planning to fail.  This ongoing program becomes a valuable exercise and resulting tool for your local leaders and the community at large in helping determine where you have been, where you are today, and most important, where you want to be down the road.  It gives industry professionals the tool they need to shape the outcome of Public Safety, Asset Security and Emergency Management in terms of community best interest, affordability and clear direction to achieving the most cost-effective solutions to the challenges faced by everyone.  The master plan will reflect the best use of time, creativity, energy and money.  It will help bond the several varied members of The Community Fire Protection, Public Safety and Emergency Management elements in your community and will strengthen the efforts to achieve a safer and far more productive environment for people to live, work, and visit.
Leadership Development
Identifying the right people in the Delivery System is only half of the success equation.  Local leaders in key positions of responsibility must also be pro party motivated to lead by being appropriately supported.  Better informed, educated and trained leaders are far more empowered to conduct activities that lead to a more positive outcome in Public Safety.

tracts, public forums, etc.
Public Education and Training
TCP's, PSA's, Prevention Inspections, Public Forums, Targeted Market Training and a host of other specific approaches to reducing the deleterious conditions that exist in the Community Fire Protection & Public Safety situation are one of the principal ways The 9020 Project helps your citizens and taxpayers.  The Public Education & Training Programs are outlined in a 3 Hour CVAU Workshop format.  Local leaders from the Fire/EMS and emergency management organizations, local school district, private industry, public health care, housing and other qualified instructors can target high risk populations and facilities in the community in meaningful and measurable programs which reduce hazards, save lives, protect jobs and serious injuries and valuable property.  These elected programs are designed as train-the-trainer type.  On-going support is always available from the RFSM Team.
Enhance Partner Participation
Your Community Fire Protection, Public Safety and Emergency Management Delivery System consist of several major elements at the federal, state, county (regional) and local levels in both the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.  Enhancing the total value of your Delivery System by incorporating a series of partnerships, collaborations, and contributions from several resources in the best way to insure serious support right away and year after year.  The 9020 Project provides a local task force overview in a 2 Hour CVAU Workshop format and on-going support from the RFSM Team.
1st Responder Health, Safety and Well-fare
Professional All-Risk 1st Responders are among the most valuable assets any community can have.  Recruitment and retention of these vital members of your village, town or city is the job of everyone.  Local leaders are tasked with the additional responsibility of insuring that these critical members of the Delivery System are well-chosen, well-trained and educated, well-equipped, well-cared for in terms of health and safety provisions.  It is the highest moral, ethical, legal, and monetary conservative position of accountability to make sure these public servants are safe and able to perform in the highest manner to the best of their knowledge and ability.  The 9020 Project places a lot of emphasis on the Sixth Core Certification Program.  The On-going support is outlined in a 3 Hour CVAU Workshop format.
